It is devoted entirely to the ongoing stealth implementation of The North American Union by the Bush administration. The NAU has an official US Government website (spp.gov), innocently called the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America*. It does not matter if you vote for a Democrat or a Republican in 2008 because all of their Presidential candidates support the NAU. Read all of this special issue of The New American and get angry. Download and listen to this 18 minute discussion (4.4 Mb .mp3 file) of the NAU by JBS president John F. McManus and get scared. In it he shares his knowledge of the hidden government agenda to merge the United States into Canada and Mexico, resulting in a European-style commonwealth called The North American Union. Among other things, McManus discusses the secret North American Forum meeting held in Banff, Canada in September of 2006. If enough patriotic Americans become well informed and sufficiently enraged, maybe - just maybe - We The People can still preserve [what's left of] the sovereignty of our United States of America.

* In all fairness please note that the SPPNA website has a point-by-point denial ("myths vs facts"), apparently in refutation [obfuscation?] of the items discussed in The New American issue (.pdf link above) and in Mr McManus' podcast (.mp3 link above). Basically, they are telling us 'Don't worry, be Happy.'
